My favorite FRUIT flavor is Blueberry - but my most favorite is VANILLA because it is so versatile for making healthy, lowfat / lowcal desserts. I use it as a substitute for ice cream, whipped cream and whipped toppings. If you really want to dress it up add a little bit of brown sugar (or maple syrup) and a dash of vanilla extract and stir. DELISH! (And good for you too!)
