We have a local mexican restaraunt that has become one of my favorite places to dine, ok THE favorite place to dine! (Reminds me, I want to do a surprise review for them). I try to order something different each time I go but, there are favorite dishes that I go back for over and over. There is no way that I can re-create the dishes!
-Queso Dip & Salsa
-Bean and cheese burritos with queso dip on top
-Tamale's with or without Queso
My list goes on and on.
Now, I'm hungry. My favorite is my mom's mole and rice. Yummm, I miss it.
Nothing beats goat enchiladas with real mexican coca cola made with sugar cane!
